The problem: one brand, many landlord rulebooks

Each shopping centre imposed its own signage criteria on letter height, illumination type and mounting. Left to individual vendors, the result would have been a brand that looked slightly different at every address.

The Solution

What we built

A single fabrication standard with pre-approved variants that satisfy the common landlord criteria, so each site could be permitted quickly without redesigning the identity. Letters were produced in-house, colour matched across production runs, and installed on a rolling schedule as each lease completed.
